One-on-one sessions give you privacy, individual attention, and tailored progress. They’re ideal if you’re working with injuries, chronic conditions, or want confidence before joining groups.
Indoor 1:1 Sessions
In the studio, Lia works with you directly to:
Set and achieve specific goals.
Develop or review a home program.
Build technique and confidence.
Work with a Medicare referral (up to 5 sessions annually with GP referral).

Medicare and private health rebates may apply. DVA referrals accepted.
Initial Consult (45 mins): $130
Return Consult standard (45 min): $105
Return Consult Short Session (30 mins): $60
Outdoor 1:1 Sessions
Train in Townsville’s most scenic spots while boosting strength and endurance. Take a route less travelled and visit areas you may not have known were there.
Perfect for:
Hiking preparation
Building walking/running endurance.
Returning to outdoor activity.
Exercising in nature instead of the gym.
Requirements: Ability to walk 30 minutes at a talking pace + a sense of adventure.
