Personalised Exercise Physiology

One-on-one sessions give you privacy, individual attention, and tailored progress. They’re ideal if you’re working with injuries, chronic conditions, or want confidence before joining groups.

Indoor 1:1 Sessions

In the studio, Lia works with you directly to:

Set and achieve specific goals.

  • Develop or review a home program.

  • Build technique and confidence.

  • Work with a Medicare referral (up to 5 sessions annually with GP referral).

  • reach a fitness goal or requirement you are working towards

    • have a particular goal you are working towards

    • you don’t feel comfortable in a group setting

    • would prefer to limit your exposure to the community for health reasons

    • would like a home exercise program developed for you

    • would like your program to be reviewed, checked and developed

    • would like 1:1 technique guidance before starting a group class

    • You have been referred under a Medicare plan (you can access up to five 1:1 sessions per calendar year)

Pricing

Medicare and private health rebates may apply. DVA referrals accepted.

  • Initial Consult (45 mins): $130

  • Return Consult standard (45 min): $105

  • Return Consult Short Session (30 mins): $60

Outdoor 1:1 Sessions

Train in Townsville’s most scenic spots while boosting strength and endurance. Take a route less travelled and visit areas you may not have known were there.

Perfect for:

  • Hiking preparation

  • Building walking/running endurance.

  • Returning to outdoor activity.

  • Exercising in nature instead of the gym.

Requirements: Ability to walk 30 minutes at a talking pace + a sense of adventure.
