Feel stronger, move better, and boost your energy - your way. This 45 minute circuit is designed to help you build strength, improve cardio, mobility and feel more energised. Whether you’re just getting active or already love to move, this class meets you where you are.

Designed for active individuals seeking to maintain or elevate performance OR anyone wanting to kickstart their fitness journey. Exercises adjusted to suit capabilities.
