Sessions combine targeted impact, resistance training, and balance work to stimulate bone growth and reduce fracture risk. Each class is closely supervised to ensure safe technique and gradual progression.

Designed for active individuals seeking to maintain or elevate performance OR anyone wanting to kickstart their fitness journey. Exercises adjusted to suit capabilities.

🌿 Wednesday Wanders — Move, Explore, Connect

Moderate intensity, outdoor walking sessions to explore Townsville and the local surrounds. Each Wander takes place in a different local spot, giving you a chance to enjoy fresh air, nature, and connection while still supporting your health and fitness.

Because these sessions are offered occasionally rather than weekly, each one feels like a special mid‑week reset.

Level of fitness: all details are provided beforehand by email and include: distance, level of fitness required, terrain information, trail conditions and any additional requirements (like mossie spray) to allow you to make an informed choice.

The pace: is relaxed, with plenty of stops to admire the views (and catch your breath).
