Onero™ Program — Evidence‑Based Bone Health

Offered Mon and Wed mornings + Tue and Thu afternoons

A structured, research‑driven program designed specifically for people with osteoporosis or low bone density. Sessions combine targeted impact, resistance training, and balance work to stimulate bone growth and reduce fracture risk. Each class is closely supervised to ensure safe technique and gradual progression.

This circuit-style class blends functional strength and mobility training to help increase your range of movement, as well as feel strong, stable and confident in motion - whether you’re returning to activity, managing an injury, or simply want to move better.
